1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using ResidentFix (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Availability The Service is offered only to users and businesses located in the United States. By using the Service you represent that you are located in the United States.

3. Description of Service ResidentFix is a maintenance-request management platform that allows organizations to submit, track, and manage property maintenance requests and to coordinate with vendors.

4. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or using the Service to harass others.

6. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit (including photos and descriptions). You grant ResidentFix a license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Vendors Vendor records and vendor accounts are managed by organizations. ResidentFix is not a party to any agreement between an organization and a vendor and is not responsible for work performed.

8. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ResidentFix does not guarantee that maintenance work will be performed, completed, or done correctly.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResidentFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ResidentFix operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
